Biography Gunthyrr Dragondancer was born
Caleb Dragondancer, younger brother of Gunthyrr. Caleb idolized his brother as a youth and
dreamed following his brother’s footsteps.
When his brother was killed in the Scourge Invasion, Caleb dropped out
of warrior training, instead heading to the Cathedral of Light and became a
Paladin with Dawyn Morningstar’s recommendation. He changed his name to Gunthyrr, to honor
his fallen brother and as a symbol that he carried his brother’s spirit when
he enacted retribution against the Scourge.
As he trained, Gunthyrr defended the homeland against threats while
the Alliance’s heroes were in Northrend.
When he discovered from Dawyn that his brother had become a Death
Knight, he couldn’t stand to hear the news.
He set out for Outland, determined to hunt this abomination that
called itself his brother and eliminate it.
He found his “brother” and they fought. Gunthyrr would’ve killed the Death Knight
if not for his companion, Autumna, snapping him out of his rage. He left the Death Knight alive, but swore
to him that if he ever saw him again, Gunthyrr would kill him. After that, Gunthyrr and Autumna headed for
Northrend where they are helping clean up after the War with the Lich
King. He also recently participated in
Operation: Gnomergan. He then returned
to Stormwind and is helping train the next generation of Paladins for
service. |

|
Personality Gunthyrr is hot-headed and
filled with rage, which he channels into the Light’s Righteous
Retribution. He fights with passion
and quick to anger. The thing that
keeps him in check is his love for Autumna, and not wishing to disappoint
her. |
